• Beef tenderloin carpaccio with kalamata olives, basil pesto, roasted pine nuts, arugula, and semi-dried tomatoes. Served with freshly baked bread and butter.

Main Course 1:

• Grilled tournedos of veal tenderloin, carrot purée, seasonal vegetables, potatoes, and Madagascar pepper sauce.
